TeaVivre is a group of tea lovers and aficionados from China, Canada and France, who all share a passion for drinking great tea and appreciate the healthy life style it brings. With TeaVivre based in China, TeaVivre frequently travel through the country visiting China’s tea plantations so TeaVivre can track down only truly exceptional teas. As a result TeaVivre are able to bring to you the absolute highest quality Chinese teas that are, wherever possible, 100% organically grown and produced.

TeaVivre pronounce as [ti:’vivrə], composed by tea and vivre. Vivre means “living” or “life”, it firstly comes from French phrase “Joie de vivre”, means “joy of living” or “enjoyment of life”. TeaVivre wish to share their love of tea with everybody including at Ang Sarap hence we were given the chance to try out some of their teas right in the comfort of our own home.

Teavivre Tea 2

Some of the teas we tried were Liu An Gua Pian Green Tea, Premium Jasmine Dragon Pearls Green Tea, True Love Silver Needle Flower Tea, Organic Green Tea Powder and Blueberry Fruit Tea.

All of which tasted amazing and definitely a good quality product. From those five teas that I tried I personally liked the Blueberry Fruit Tea, it’s quite different from the usual teas you had tried as this one is on the sweeter side, made out of Roselle, Black Currant, Blueberries, and Grapes the flavours are rich and you can definitely taste those blueberries in there. Perfect for an after meal tea.

Teavivre Tea

Another tea which we loved is this True Love Silver Needle Flower Tea, I never had seen anything like this before. It starts like a ball and when you start brewing the tea in a boiling water, it starts to open like a blooming flower exposing what’s hidden inside. There are two globe amaranth flowers and two jasmine poles that will float when it’s fully opened. The flavours are rich and fresh, it also gives a really sweet fragrance.

Finally the Liu An Gua Pian Green Tea, unlike any green teas it has this slightly sweet taste with a bit of spice, definitely a green tea with more character.
