When you go to China and you crave for this dish; don’t be surprised if you cannot find one. Though this dish have a Cantonese origin it is very uncommon in China as they don’t use a lot of lemons in Chinese cuisine. This wonderful Chinese rendition of fried chicken is popular everywhere except in China. A very refreshing deep fried chicken dish that goes well with plain boiled rice and steamed vegetables; a deep fried dish that doesn’t leave an oily taste in your palate. Thanks to that citrus flavours of the sauce which gives it a fresh taste.
