Stupid-easy-n-tasty Italian Bread Hack

One quick and easy siding to prepare that would go very well with just about any pasta is my Willie Evangelista’s Stupid-easy-n-tasty Italian Bread Hack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large loaf of bread, remove bread ends and cute into 4 cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 tsp. marjoram

Instructions

  1. Mix garlic and olive oil in one bowl
  2. Mix the rest in another bowl
  3. Spread to bread garlic first
  4. Sprinkle cheese mixture
  5. Lightly toast and serve.

  1. Ah, cheesy garlic bread. I think this is one of the first things I ever learned how to “cook”, and it’s still one of my favorites. I’ve never used marjoram with the herbs, though – I’ll be sure to try that next time!
