- Prepare your cheese curds
- Warm up your gravy.
- Deep fry your French fries then remove from oil, drain and let it cool down. You can also double fry the fries if you want to get a crispier texture.
- Place French fries in a serving platter, place cheese curds on top then ladle warm gravy over the fries and cheese
- Serve immediately.
