Maison Georges Larnicol (Paris, France)

Maison Georges Larnicol is the first place we tried macaron in Paris last summer. We just discovered it after dining in at one of the streets that turn into a long stretch of Al Fresco restaurants at sunset, The Rue Grégoire de Tours. This place is lovely, it’s just a small path located on the side of the Boulevard Saint-Germain near Odeon in the 6th arrondissement of Paris.

After dinner we walked to the end of the alley to catch the Metro at Odeon then we saw this establishment filled with people. The windows display a wide selection of pastries as well as macarons and that really grabbed our attention. As we enter the premises the variety made our jaw drop, just look at these chocolates

How about some cookies

Not good enough, here are some samples of pastry

Some caramels

And most important of all macarons! There are endless selection of fruit flavours and those are the ones we had, they are really good.
