I’ve never added fish sauce to a salad dressing but I’m sure it goes prefect with the squid. 🙂

This is a salad that our whole family would eat. We’re all big fans of squid. I never thought to put it in a salad. It looks and sounds delicious! I do enjoy our opposite seasons. It’s fun to think about spring somewhere when it’s turning fall here.

What a deliciously fresh salad! I’m liking the fish sauce component… Reminds me of anchovy.
