Description
This Smoked Chicken, Spinach and Camembert Pizza was inspired by a pizza parlour in Brisbane, that Chicken and Spinach pizza was unforgettable as it was really good that is why today I am trying to recreate it at my own home with some adjustments to even make it even better.

Pizza
- Smoked chicken, sliced
- Baby spinach leaves
- Camembert cheese, sliced
- Mozzarella, grated
- Parmesan, grated
- Freshly ground black pepper
- White onions, finely chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Flour tortillas
Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Mix all Pizza Sauce ingredients together.
- Place lightly brush bottom end of the tortilla with olive oil then place on a pizza stone. If you want the base to be a bit thicker add another tortilla on top and brush a small amount of water in between them so they stick together.
- Place your toppings by applying pizza sauce initially, then add the onions, smoked chicken, freshly ground black pepper, camembert, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
- Place in a preheated over at 180C for 10 to 15 minutes or until base is golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven then top with fresh baby spinach leaves

Sauce yields roughly about 1 cup
