Mais Con Yelo is a Filipino dessert drink prepared with shaved ice, corn, milk, sugar and sometimes topped with a vanilla ice cream
- Cooked sweet corn kernels
- Frozen Milk, shaved (I used the same shaving process I did with Halo Halo)
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Place 1 tbsp sugar and corn in a tall glass (up to 1/3 of the height of the glass).
- Add shaved frozen milk.
- Top with vanilla ice cream and corn kernels.
