- In a wok add oil and sauté garlic and onions.
- Add the carrots and shrimps. Stir fry for 2 minutes in high heat.
- Add the deep-fried tofu, bean sprouts, sugar and sesame oil, mix well and stir fry cook for a minute, add chicken stock and simmer in high heat for 1 more minute.
- Season with salt and pepper.
