Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 red apples, chopped
  • 2/3 cup celery, sliced
  • 2/3 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup American Style or creamy mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • lettuce leaves
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Toss in apple, celery, walnuts and grapes.
  3. Serve on top of lettuce
