- 2 red apples, chopped
- 2/3 cup celery, sliced
- 2/3 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup American Style or creamy mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- lettuce leaves
- freshly ground black pepper
- In a bowl mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, milk, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Toss in apple, celery, walnuts and grapes.
- Serve on top of lettuce
