Frozen Fruit Burst

Frozen Fruit Burst

It’s been a long time since my daughter made a drink for us but now it went all as planned for her, starting this week she already is preparing a list of her ingredients that’s why when we went to the grocery she have her list ready and asked whether she could buy the items she listed. She immediately grabbed all of it after she had the go signal and readily prepared it after our dinner that day. This is called Frozen Fruit Burst and was inspired from a library book she borrowed called “Spa Princess Cookbook”, ingredients are nearly similar but with some added fruits that were leftovers of some baking done by my wife.

This is one of the best drinks she made and it is healthy as well full of fruits and definitely refreshing after a good dinner meal.

Ingredients

2 peaches, sliced
1 banana, sliced
2 apple, sliced
2 oranges, juiced
1 cup sweetened soy milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Freeze banana, peaches and apples.
  2. Once fruits are frozen place everything on a blender together with the remaining ingredients then mix until smooth.
