Brazilian Lemonade

Brazilian Lemonade

This morning my daughter was searching our kitchen for ingredients to create her drink, she gave up thinking what to mix together given the ingredients she gathered it ended up her searching on Google.  She found lots but most of it cant be done with the ingredients we currently have until she found this Brazilian Lemonade.  It looks interesting but the first impression for me is that will that taste good or will the flavours match each other, just imagine blending lemons with skin together with condensed milk.  But theres no way to prove whether my assumptions will be right or wrong until I tasted the real stuff.

To my surprise, it was good.  It was really good, you should try this specially during summer its a very refreshing drink.  That condensed milk adds a creamy touch to the classic lemonade giving it more character and body compared the classic one.  Trust me you should try this!

Ingredients

3 Lemon, Seeded and Skin On
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups water
crushed ice

Method

  1. Cut Lemon into wedges and place them in a blender together with condensed milk, water, and sugar.  Blend for 20 seconds only.
